Below is an explanation of each trainer.

Note Trainer
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This trainer improves your ability to recall the names of notes on the staff.
There are five buttons in this trainer:
New Note - generates a new note.
Select Clef - toggles between treble or bass clef. When "BOTH" is selected, the
trainer will randomly generate the clef type.
Ledger Lines - sets the maximum number of ledger lines a generated note can use.
Toggle Helpers - turns on/off a chart that displays the note names next to the
staff.
Reset Score - Resets "Correct", "Incorrect", and "Percentage" back to 0.

Key Trainer

This trainer improves your ability to recall how many sharps or flats a certain
major key has.
There are four buttons in this trainer:
New Key - generates a new key.
Max Accidentals - sets the maximum number of accidentals that will be generated.
For example: if set to 1, the only keys that would be generated
are C (0 sharps/flats), F (1 flat), and G (1 sharp).
Toggle Helpers - turns on/off a chart that displays the amount of sharps or flats
in all major keys.
Reset Score - Resets "Correct", "Incorrect", and "Percentage" back to 0.

Interval Trainer
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This trainer improves your ear's ability to distinguish between different intervals.
You can control which intervals you want to be generated by clicking the check mark
next to the interval name.
There are five buttons in this trainer:
Play Again - replays the current chord.
New Interval - generates a new interval.
Direction - toggles between ascending or descending intervals. When the arrow
is pointing at both ends, the trainer will randomly generate the
interval direction.
Play Mode - toggles the way the tones are played.
Reset Score - Resets "Correct", "Incorrect", and "Percentage" back to 0.

Scale Trainer

This trainer improves your ear's ability to distinguish between different scales.
You can control which scales you want to be generated by clicking the check mark
next to the scales name.
There are four buttons in this trainer:
Play Again - replays the current chord.
New Scale - generates a new scale.
Descending - toggles whether the scale is played going back down after the
highest note is reached.
Reset Score - Resets "Correct", "Incorrect", and "Percentage" back to 0.

Chord Trainer

This trainer improves your ear's ability to distinguish between different chords.
You can control which chords you want to be generated by clicking the check mark
next to the chord name.
There are four buttons in this trainer:
Play Again - replays the current chord.
New Chord - generates a new chord.
Inversions - toggles whether non-root inversions of the chord will be
generated.
Reset Score - Resets "Correct", "Incorrect", and "Percentage" back to 0.
